this story is about the events leading up to the game against the visiting german team from Nuremberg, called "Der Duetcher" Duetcher is american soldier slang for Deuthchlander (what germans call themselves)
this is the only the second time "Der Duetcher" has played in mexico and it is the first time in 20 years.
20 years ago almost the entire "Der Duetcher" team and entourage were murdered by engaged fans and opposing players. the entire incident lasted 2 years and envolved swat/special forces teams from the US and other Western nations Britain, Canada & Australia and loyal mexican police and solders, which suffered the most in these times.
What kind of world is this ... this is a post-Military-coup-in-the-United-States. a world controlled by the military industrial complex, the kind Eisenhower warned against.
